Graeme Swann, one half of the spin duo which has served England so well in the Caribbean, is so enthused by their success in the Super Eights that he will not hear of them letting up against the Kiwis.

The result, and the resulting change in net run-rate, all but assures the victors of a semi-final berth.

Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has said the banning of several senior players and ongoing disciplinary action by home officials was hampering the team's defence of its World Twenty20 title.
The champions lost a thrilling Super Eights match to New Zealand by just one run at the Kensington Oval on Saturday, a defeat that left Pakistan with only a slim mathematical chance of reaching the semi-finals of this year's World Twenty20.

England batsman Kevin Pietersen is to return home from the ICC World Twenty20 in the next 24 hours to be with his pregnant wife for the birth of their first child.
Fresh from a match-winning innings of 53 off 33 balls against South Africa, the country of his birth, the England and Wales Cricket Board announced the 29-year-old would return from Barbados to be with his pop star wife Jessica.

Sir Lanka have been permitted to replace the injured Muttiah Muralitharan in their squad for the ICC World Twenty20, the organisers have confirmed.
Thilan Thushara has been approved as a replacement for the spinner, who is suffering from a groin injury and has been declared unfit by Sri Lanka.

England put themselves on course for a place in the ICC World Twenty20 semi-finals with a 39-run trouncing of South Africa in Saturday's Super Eight match at Kensington Oval.
They cashed in on Kevin Pietersen's second successive half-century to post 168 for seven - a challenge South Africa never threatened to meet as spinners Michael Yardy and Graeme Swann took five big wickets for 55 between them.

New Zealand edged out Pakistan by one run to get their World Twenty20 Super Eight campaign up and running at Bridgetown.
The Black Caps totalled 133 for seven from their 20 overs and then restricted their opponents to 132 for seven - with Salman Butt's unbeaten 67 off 54 balls proving in vain at the Kensington Oval.

Sri Lanka coach Trevor Bayliss said Muttiah Muralitharan "didn't look great" as the uncertainty over the star off-spinner's fitness to play on in the World Twenty20 deepened on Friday.
After conflicting statements this week from officials in Colombo, who said he was coming home with a tournament-ending groin injury, and the team in the Caribbean, Murali played in Sri Lanka's 57-run Super Eights win over hosts the West Indies at the Kensington Oval.
